3 years ago when I purchased my home, I was in desperate need of a new hot water heater. I contacted Kerr Mechanical (the parent company of Intelligent Plumbing) because they were a local company and I was referred due to their great work. Jason came out with my new Bradford White hot water heater and the installation was great! They took away the old one and all was good.
Last Week My Hot Water Heater Suffered a Small Leak…
Last week, my hot water heater suffered a small leak under the tank and I needed help…I contacted Jason again regarding the issue and he came out immediately! We found that the tank needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. Jason got me a brand new Bradford White heater and installed it in under 10 minutes!!! He took away the other and we are back with hot water! I was only without hot water for a few hours. I didn’t have to do anything! This was excellent service!!
